We think your privacy is yours. Full stop. It's not something you should have to trade away just to play a game. That idea shapes every decision we make.
We keep as much data on your device as possible. We don't collect personal information that could identify you. Your game progress, settings, and preferences live locally on your device and may optionally sync to your private iCloud account (see iCloud below).
To understand how our apps are used and prioritize updates, we collect anonymous usage data, such as which game modes you play, which content you choose or work toward, whether you complete tutorials, and the language your device is set to.
This data is tied to a random per-install identifier generated locally on your device. It is never linked to your Apple ID, email, name, or any personal information, and it is wiped if you uninstall the app.
We store this data in our iCloud public database, hosted by Apple. We do not share it with third parties or use it for advertising.
You can opt out at any time in Settings → Privacy → Anonymous Usage Data inside the app. Opting out stops future collection and clears any events still queued on your device. Because the data is fully anonymous, individual records cannot be retrieved or deleted by request after collection.
Our apps may integrate with services that have their own privacy practices:
Advertising: Our apps show ads through Unity Ads. Ads are contextual (non-personalized) and based on general information such as device type and IP address. Our apps do not request permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites; the advertising identifier (IDFA) is never requested or used. Unity Ads may collect device-level diagnostic data for ad delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention. See Unity's Privacy Policy.
We may also display promotional content for our own apps within the app when third-party ads are unavailable.
Game Center: Some of our apps use Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Game Center uses your Game Center player ID to manage scores and achievements. Game Center is operated by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive personally identifiable information from Game Center.
iCloud: Our apps may use Apple's iCloud to sync your game statistics and preferences across your devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is not accessible to us or any third party. You can disable iCloud sync for individual apps in your device's Settings under your Apple Account > iCloud.
Our apps may offer in-app purchases including consumable game tokens and a non-consumable option to remove banner advertisements. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We don't see or store your payment information. Purchase entitlements are verified on-device through Apple's StoreKit framework. Refund requests are handled by Apple directly.
Unity Ads may collect performance and diagnostic data related to ad delivery. We do not use any third-party analytics or crash reporting services; our own first-party anonymous usage analytics are described above. Apple may send us anonymized crash report data through App Store Connect to help us fix bugs if you have opted in to share analytics with developers in your device's Settings. This does not include personally identifiable information.
We don't collect personal data on our servers. Anonymous usage data described above is retained for trend analysis but cannot be associated with any individual user; opting out via the in-app toggle stops future collection and clears any queued events on your device. Game data lives on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your private iCloud account. You can manage or delete iCloud data through your device's iCloud settings.
Our apps are general audience games suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our apps do not use personalized advertising or tracking identifiers. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not direct our apps at children under 13.
If you're in California or the EU, you have certain privacy rights under CCPA and GDPR. We don't collect personal information about you; the anonymous usage data described above cannot be linked to your identity, so individual records cannot be retrieved or deleted. You can disable anonymous usage analytics in Settings → Privacy → Anonymous Usage Data inside the app and manage iCloud sync in your Apple Account settings.
We may update this policy from time to time and will update the date above when we do.
